Standard management services are set out in the management agreement. Work outside that scope — such as major works administration, tribunal matters and additional meetings — is quoted as a separately chargeable additional service, so there are no surprises.

Solrise Strata does not receive insurance commissions.
We believe owners corporations should have transparency and choice when arranging insurance. Solrise is not affiliated with an insurance broker and can assist with insurance administration in accordance with the management agreement.

What size schemes does Solrise manage?
Everything from small duplexes and townhouse schemes through to larger established buildings with capital works programs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
How difficult is it to change strata managers?
It's usually far calmer than committees expect. The owners corporation passes a resolution and gives notice under the current agreement, then we coordinate the handover of records with the outgoing agent.
Can Solrise review our current management agreement?
Yes. Send it through with your enquiry and we'll explain the notice period, the expiry date and your practical options — with no obligation.
Does Solrise receive insurance commissions?
No. Solrise is not affiliated with an insurance broker, so owners corporations retain choice and transparency when arranging insurance.
